I will suggest to stick with the current company as long as you can.once the 140 is approved change the employer using AC21. if u get laid off,,use H! transfer and start new GC process if u have time on your H1 :)

well the safest thing is get an H1 transfer. You need to have latest paychecks for that. get an assuarance from the previous employer that they wont withdraw the 140. once the 140 is approved you can use AC21 well the info provided is what I got from this forum.so checkup with somebody else. :)
