What happened to USCIS updates?

Why no update on processing dates? Is some one out for a vacation?
Now we can't see the progress too. :(
 
Finally it got updated today 7/12. But no change in I140 dates. My company is not doing good. And I'm getting good offers from other companies. But I was waiting for I140 to be cleared. Look like it will take another one more year. My receipt date(including I485) was 9/19/03. 10 months past. Filed at CSC.

1) Can I switch the company now?
2) What are the other options that I have? (except waiting for I140 approval)
3) What if I get laid-off
4) Finally why CSC has stopped processing I140?
 
I will suggest to stick with the current company as long as you can.once the 140 is approved change the employer using
AC21.
if u get laid off,,use H! transfer and start new GC process if u have time on your H1
