hi I also called yesterday and the IO officer told me that my case is with an officer and i will get info about my case with in 60 days. Again today i called and i got reply that my case is pending and nothing is changed ?. I don't know who is correct?

I had my 2nd FP done on May 25th and no LUD's so far. Called FBI and they said the results were sent to USCIS the same day. Took a Infopass for next week in Hartford.. Let's see what info they give..

Do we have to notify USCIS if the FP was done late..?

I also got the email saying "Document mailed...." and it is FP notice. Although I got it late (appointment date was may11th and I got it on 24th), went to the designated ASC (New Rochell, NY) and got the FP's done.

Thanks I612. I inquired with couple other friends and they also suggested the same. So, I went to the ASC in New Rochelle, NY today morning and explained the officer and they took our finger prints. I am going to call the USCIS customer service and let them know about it.

Same case with me.. my case was recently transfered from vermont to texas.

I changed my address online using the online AR-11 form and got the confirmation letter by mail within 2 weeks. Also got another confirmation again after a month as my case moved to texas from vermont.

When are the I-94's expiring for your husband and daughter? As long as they have valid I-94's there shouldn't be any problem. I did similar thing earlier.
