Any approvals with PD in 2001?

Still waiting. No LUDs since transfer to TSC in March 2007. Stuck in NC - based on info recd during infopass appt.

After seeing lots of people in this thread looks like they have not touch 2001 PD files. If they move PD date by months then we got our turn but after moving to 2 years PD they missed our files and people got approval with PD 2002 and 2003. it is unfair with us. Still not sure when they will touch our files.

I explain same things to my congress man office to get inquiry with TSC. I will get response sometime this week and update you here.

But received RFE on 21st june,replied received LUD change on 7/10...
am waiting and hoping
 
I got "Approval notice sent" (and the actual notice) on June 26th.
PD Sept 2001.
VSC->TSC March 3.
LUDS:
June 26, 27, 30. (after "approval notice sent").
On June 26, status changed from "transferred" to "Pending" before changing to "approval notice sent".
No card ordered or such yet.
 
For primarey-W2,Copy of taxes filed,for past 2yrs and last 2 paychecks.
for spouse-police clearence letter from all precincts where resided for last 5 yrs(Fp never comes out clear:) )
 
approval - 2003/2004/2005

People are getting approval from PD 2002/2003/2004. but no one care for 2001 people... ..
 
Name check cleared but visa not available

To day i called Texas service center. Nice lady told me that my Name check was processed( When i asked Processed means Cleared..? she said yes) on June-16-2007. When i asked why still my GC is pending ? she said Visa number is not available until Oct..
My understanding is that Availability of visa is only new applicants .
I was applied my and my wife 485 application on Aug-2005.
My priority date is July –2001(EB2).
I am now in confusing state.
Gurus if any one knows about what does mean please let me know.
