OK to travel. I used my AP instead of a new H1B (had single entry H1B). At the port of entry (11/14/01): no problem at all. My case was actually approved on 11/13/01, 1 day before my entry with me knowing about it. Enjoy your trip! Either H1B or AP woudl be fine.

Congratulations! You said you inquired your case, what ref number did you use? A# or the I485 application number. I do not think there is a # for plastic card. Am I right? Thanks!

According to the list on the notice, it is NOT required. BUT, on top of what on the list, you do need to surrender your EAD, AP if you did get them.

Seems that the approval ratio is a bit higher on Ciba\'s list. I just counted the approval ratio on Ciba\'s list for April: it is about 25%+. On Mighty\'s list it is about 15%. Thanks mighty for the excellent job.
