RFE issued The interview went fine yesterday.the RFE was for the medical vacination certificate.this was due the Idiot doctor who checked the wrong box in the form that is submited to the INS. we met the doctor same day and got the new forms filled up for INS. I cant belive how idiotic they...

Another important thing is, give them some sound resons that your mother will return back to India like property documents there, bank account statments, pension plans ( if any) she is getting. Good Luck

Sorry Sorry, I posted my question in the wrong thread. My case is in StLouis. not detroit. anyway my dates are PD Sep 2001, I485 RD Oct 2002, TD Nov 2004, got Interview letter on Dec 2004 and ID is on Jan 19 2005.
