I noticed that although most couples get approvals at the same time, there have been quite a number of cases in which primary applicant got approval first, and spouse has to wait for 1-3 months. I got approval on 12/3/04 (ND 10/2002) and my wife's is still waiting. Here is my theory why this...

I believe it is 27. I learned this from my lawyer, but I don't know where to find the official information.

passport expiration Thanks for the kind information. Regarding passport valid date, I believe it has to be 1/2 year before expiration, not 1 year, since this would create problem for some people. e.g. , my country only renew passport when they are 1/2 year to expire.

Same problem... May be this means that a lot of people have got approval and are making appointments , which makes infopass so busy? If this is the case we should all celebrate...

One friend (ND 11/2002, FP 09/04) was approved several days ago. I noticed that a lot of '02 filers are doing FP recently. Hope this gives these folks (including me) a little hope. My ND 10/2002, FP 09/04.
