Hi friends,

I know there is a thread like "Texas I-140 conslidated trackers" introducing information about concurrent cases in TSC. However, most information there is about 2003 filers and on I-140 cases. I would like to start this thread and see what is going on with 2002 concurrent filers. Please post your information like ND/RD/FP/I-140 AD/I-485 AD, RFE and whatsoever. it would be helpful to others reading this forum.
Here is my situation:
RD/ND: 11/2002
I-140 AD: 8/2003
2 EADs
FP: not yet
I-485 AD: should be soon!

How did you get the FP notice

TSC123102:

You are a little luckier than me. How did you get the FP notice? our time frames are close, and I haven't even got FP after almost 20 months. By the way, did you prepay the FP when you concurrently filed the case? I didn't. that might the reason, I guess. Thanks.

Hi, Hanz

I think update my home address triggered my FP notice. I just checked my LUD, it is changed to 7/23/04, but the status message is still same like "....fp received, process resumed...", I updated my home address again last Tuesday, not sure what's going on, wish can trigger sth again...GOD BLESS US

TSC is slow

My brother and I started our GC process back in Nov. of 2000.(Remember the election? Florida and Chad...). My brother who lives in IL got his GC approved in October of 2002 and I am stuck with TSC forever...

All the cases from IL goes to Nebraska and they were pretty fast at that time. I even considered to get a job where Nebraska would have the service center but I could not find the job (Remember the bubble...)

My I-140 took 18 months (No RFE, No Nothing), took well over TSC's processing date then (12 months)...

Still waiting, and waiting and waiting and ... so on and so forth...

I-140 update after approval: what it means?

Hi,

I setup my USCIS account recently, and out of curious, I added all my case numbers in the account, including I-140 (EB1a approved in August 2003, NIW in Jan. 2004). My I-485 is concurrent with EB1a. It's interesting to see that NIW case is updated to 7/12/2004 while I-485 is 3/5/2004. What does the update on the approved NIW mean? Guys, any ideas?
