Saturday Received only one yellow paper appointment letter. I belive thats the packet 4 and nothing more for people who receive packet 4 in usa.

I tried to do the same thing after knowing my interview date. This is the response I got from the consulate. "It has already been sent to your U.S address. YOu should have given this address earlier" No harm in trying !! Give it a shot. Let me know if it works for u.

Interview date confirmed at 23-AUG-2004 Appointment letter was mailed to US address. Today I learnt from consulate people that , If you want to receive the P4 at indian address then you have to inform the consulate before scheduling the interview.

VJ2002, Yes, I filled only misc form from CGNY site and I dropped original passport with consulate itself. That's it. Nothing more, nothing less

Hi Guys, I went to the indian consulate with filled PCC form downloaded from consulate website and dropped the original passports with consulate itself. Today I got the passports back with PCC. Let me know if you need more info.

I am expecting my lawyer to receive packet 3 by end of this week as it was generated this monday. I filled only DS-230 I & II and gave it to my lawyer. He didn't ask me to fill DS-2001 form at all. Is DS-2001 form mandatory in packet 3 ???? Is it *MUST* component to be sent back to NVC...

Hi , My lawyer sent the money order to St. Louis on Apr 13th 2004. Since yesterday I am checking the NVC AVM. AVM message still says 'Your fee bill was generated on ....'. Will the AVM message changes for 'St Louis Notify NVC' cp tracker step or it will change only after Packet 3...

Currently NVC avm is saying that Fee Bill is generated on April 5th 2004. Does this mean that Fee bill is issued on April 5th 2004 ???? or avm message will be different once the the fee bill is dispatched to the attorney ????
