All airlines provide the Wheel Chair services for free. Asking for wheel chair service when you book the ticket. Besides, the service is free but it'd be nice to carry some changes as the tip.

Knew one person mailed EAD and AP applications on 03/27/2004 and received EAD 05/25/2004 and the approval of AP on 05/28/2004. I guess he is lucky.
