I'm so happy to announce that both my wife's and my I485 cases have been approved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here's my detail:
Concurrently filed I-140/I-485 on Jan 30, 2003, EB2-NIW
I-140 ND Jan 31, 2003
I-140 AD Nov 12, 2003
I-485 ND April 11, 2003
FD May 27, 2003
I-485 AD July 23, 2004

I have never consider myself as a lucky guy with INS, but in the last step seems I'm lucky. This is a great forum. I got moral encouragment during those anguish days.

One last question, when do I expect to get the approval notice in the mail? Can't wait for stamping.

You are so lucky. One question, why your 485 ND is April 11, 2003 instead of jan 31, 2003 since you are cocurrent filer? Thanks, enjoy your freedom.

Those Stupid Ass suckers in TSC, when can you approve my case?
 
Yes, I'm a concurrent filer. However, in the primitive stage of concurrent filing at INS, I got I-485 Notive much later than I-140. But seems it doen't matter, since the src number still reflects Jan 31, 2003.

Hi Laava, thanks for your response

do you know when is your LUD, it's your approval date or earlier? I found my LUD is changed to 7/23/04, but so far I don't get anything. The online status still show "...fp received, ...process resumed..." Don't what will happen, approval or RFE or just LUD change. Any idea? Thanks.
 
I have been keeping a very close look at my case recently (FP is expiring). The LUD did not change until it is approved on 7/23/04. So LUD change is not necessary for approval.
On the other hand, it is a good thing to see LUD changes as many have reported.
