EAD - anybody left?

Me.. I had e-filed on 19th Jan 04.
I got an Interim EAD on Apr 29th ( but got it only for 3 months).
The same day they I called the 800 number and asked them for inquiry.
My LUD then changed to 05/03/04 giving me some hope.
All those idiots did was sent me a letter saying my case is pending ( as if I didn't know).
Now I can call for inquiry only for 30 days past my previous inquiry.
So I had to wait till 29th May.
I am going to call tomorrow.

How abt your case ?
 
my previous two EADs - I received them within 30 days of applying...
The third one I e-filed on 4/24/2004....

I'm wondering if they actually caught up on all the EADs..or their date is based on paper applications only....
 
i applied for my ead to tsc on RD 3rd march and my old ead expired on 20th may... sittinga at homee watching waiting for 5th jun(ND 5th march ) for temp ead

:(( my case has been transferred to nebraska on 11 may then back to tsc on 24th may and since then nothing....
 
depends

if it is application made in normal mode than e application most have got it. I got both my cases approved in 60 to 70 days aand that to with start dates after the old expiry dates.....so :D
 
Knew one person mailed EAD and AP applications on 03/27/2004 and received EAD 05/25/2004 and the approval of AP on 05/28/2004.

I guess he is lucky.
 
EAD delay but still good news?

My EAD RD is 1/21/04. I called NSC 5/21/04 and I received a letter saying case was 'under review'. This was online filing.

A few days later I received an email saying I485 RFE had been sent so I think they delayed issuing EAD because they knew the I485 decision was coming up.

TSCTorture, when you called on 05/21/04 what all did they ask on the phone?
Becos I had called on 04/29 and I just gave my EAD SRC. I in fact was requesting rep to even look into my 485 SRC but she said since the off processing date is Jan 02, she can't do anything.

but today I called and this guy, Jason , asked me for 485 SRC, any other pending cases ( I told him my I-131). He verified my name, my A#, my address, country of birth & citizenship, then asked my Date of Birth, my e-mail address etc.
So I asked him what is going to happen next since he took down my A#,485 SRC etc.
He said he will only initiate inquiry into the EAD case, as per 485 - wait for 4-5 months.
But I am just wondering if these guys have now started to note down the e-mails, birthdate, A# when you call now?
 
Goastros - They asked pretty much everything about EAD and I485 receipt numbers for me and my spouse. A#s as well. I did not expect them to do this so I had to call back with A#s as I didn't know them off the top of my head.
Both operators I got asked for all of this info.
 
I have applied on Jan 15th through regular mail, I got my previous 3 EAD's with in 90 days.
