First of all, I'm happy with the progress, and please TSC, please continue adjunctiating to meet that FY04 target...

But Wow! I knew that, but it never really sank in that that means that the government takes 8-10 days _longer_ than it takes for lawyers, just to update a web site with information that thousands of people must be anxiously waiting for.

I wonder what form/filing/paperwork/regulation is causing _that_ delay.
