Case transferred to Atlanta after RFE! Help!

I am doing fine. Thank you. I am planning to go to Atlanta Office this week. I will post my experience. Anything else, I have pretty much nothing to say. Actually, after our trip to Washington I truly have nothing to say. Again, thank you for asking.

Case transferred to Atlanta after RFE! Help!

With my all respect to all of you guys. I know that I am not subject to special registration. I entered on a "parolee" status or pending I-485. Once you do that, you are not subject to registration even if you want to. they don't register you. Believe me I tried. I know that for fact. I...

Case transferred to Atlanta after RFE! Help!

The reason that I am not subject to special registration is that I left the US and entered it back on an advance parole. If someone traveled and entered on an advance parole that person is not subject to special registration even if he/she is from a special registration country. There was a...

Case transferred to Atlanta after RFE! Help!

the RFE was for EVL, legal status, and registration. I am still with the employer doing also the same thing, I have been legal in this country since my arrival 12 years ago, and I am not subject to registration although I came from a special registration country. I have had a speeding ticket...

Guys, I was talking to a very unhelpful lady at the congressman office. I tried to explained to her about officer 16. She said to get her SRC numbers and then she will follow up on my claim. Otherwise, she can't help with this issue. i think she woke up at the wrong side of the bed...

Davh, I confirm your theory. I am from a special registration country. I think my case is one of the oldest in this forum. We have to clear IBIS other than clearing security checks from the FBI.

    Please explain this

POJ, It seems every step of the way in this process I face problems. My I-140 is as frustrating as my I-485. It took me 3+years to clear all departments of labor. I got stuck back in late 90s in the labor process because "the machine broke and they had no budget for a new one" for more...

    Please explain this

Like we say hear in Georgia, Thanks y'all. By the way, I am not from Georgia, otherwise I wouldn't be needing the *&%*&^* GC. Again, thanks for your support. One small word can go a long way.

davh, The IIO that I spoke with put me on hold for about couple of minutes and came back with that answer. Also, when I argued that my time (05/08/01) is up which is past 06/13/01 she implicitly agreed on it. That means to all of you who think that they are working of the notice date...

    Please explain this

I already did what one can possibly do. Almost everything, Congressman, Senator, faxes, letters, request-to-expedites, calling CIS, etc... I run out of options. It just seems that the longest mile is the last mile. I am tired of waiting and have no control over my own life. Is it too...

davh, I said immediately after the hello, can I talk to IIO please. They will ask you if they can help you with anything. I always decline by saying only IIO is familiar with my case. Hope it works for you.
