I got approved today ND/RD : 7/6/2001 I FP : 11/2002 2 FP : 4/2004 NO RFE.. Called 1-800 number no use... contacted senetor on june 9 th and got approval on june 24 th.. Thanks to all .. Good luck for all 2001 long waiters..

Me too in same situation. My RD July 6th , ND aug 28th FP 11/2002 I saw lot of approvals who did FP after 2/03. Some how they are missing the people who did FP prior to 12/02 . Hope not loosing the files atleast . Pls post any approvals whose FP is before 12/02 ..

Me in the same Boat RD 7/01, ND 8/01, FP 11/14/02 Except people who did their FP Prior to 01/03 got approved. But we cannot do anything till the official processing date moved to july'01 . Hope still they have our files(2002 fp cases) ...

I run a beer station and , one of the student(UTA) who works in my store got arrested for the same reason AND HE GOT APPROVED LAST MONTH. More over you can work in gas station or some where else, saying that you are helping your friend or relative(OWNER) . It is not illegal or some thing else...
