Looks like guys who have had their F.P done in 2003 are getting approved for most part, irrespective of RD or ND.

My Rd:- 06/01
Nd:- 08/01
FP:- 11/02
Any body in same boat who have their F.P done prior to 2003 and not yet approved...
 
I disagree! I did my FP's on April 8/03 and still not approved (ND/RD Feb 1/02). My friend's RD/ND was August/01 and his FP was July/03 and he was approved long ago. They are definitely going by ND/RD, not FP dates.

I was looking for guys who have done their F.P prior to 2003 and a 2001 case.

My case is F.P Nov/02 and Rd/Nd- 6/01& 8/01 but i am still to be approved.
If you look at recent approvals for 2001 cases most of them have done their F.P in 2003.

RD 7/01, ND 8/01, FP 11/14/02

Except people who did their FP Prior to 01/03 got approved. But we cannot do anything till the official processing date moved to july'01 . Hope still they have our files(2002 fp cases) ...
 
I agree. They definately running based on FP dates.

So any one out there who has been waiting for approval and FP done prior to 01/2003

Also - RD&ND are prior to 01/2002

your and your wife's FP has expired (longer than 15 months), did you get the second FP notice? Hope your case can be approved soon with the second FP.
