Hey, don't you think it is not very wise to make judgment calls in this
situation. You don't know all the details and surely don't know how the
whole 'domestic violence industry' operates in the US. This is the freaking
ultra liberal setup against all males. Actual guilt or innocence...
Recently I've received a couple of mail messages from RNC - Republican
National Committee. In both messages they called me 'Dear Fellow
Republican'. Obviously, I cannot be a Republican since my GC has not been
approved yet. The first message was regarding "Census of the Republican
Party" -...
How about 19% increase in the base salary ?
The new job is in the same area, same description,
but job title is different : senior position vs entry level.

You mean thousands of cases filed before June
2001 still pending ? Then why don't we see
some of these people on this forum, they must
be really frustrated.
Re: Immediate action needed
I am pretty sure that the job condition for EB2 and EB3 is the
main cause of concern for many people.
Indeed, there is no such thing as job security in
tech industry. What if one loses his job shortly
before the RFE arrives ? This will mean the end to 4-5 year...
Can we ask the defendants : do they really have to process I485
in 33 months (999 days) as it is stated in the receipt ? I think no.
Then may be we can ask them to make the time required to process
I485 at least PREDICTABLE. That will ease our sufferings considerably.
Indeed, it is very...
