oh my god it's approved!!!! must read! good news

I was asking you guys when the site said RFE has been generated on April 19, but as of April 27 we did not receive any thing from them.

TODAY, when I check the site again for both my wife and mine, guess what......

IT IS APPROVED!!!!

It is so weired that first they said they sent out RFE, and we never receive it, then "IT'S APPROVED!!!!!"

Thanks for the site!!! We couldn't survive without this wonderful site.

Here is our information:

3 EAD Approved
3 AP Approved
2nd FP rev'd on Dec 31, 2003
2nd FP done in El Cajon San Diego, CA on Jan 2, 2004
April 19 INS site indicated RFE have been generated
HOWEVER, never receive any RFE
April 28 INS site message changed to cases have been approved for both my wife and mine.

Good Luck to all of you. I think the I-485 start moving again!!!

Today(04/30/2004) our lawyer called us and told us that they received the noticed confirmed our I-485 have been approved. What a week!!

Updated 2:

Today(05/01/2004) we received courtesy notice letters from INS.

Priority Date: Aug, 10, 2000
Receipt Date: Jan 19, 2002
Notice Date: Apr 28, 2004

We need to go to San Diego Office Address:
880 Front Street, Room 1234, San Diego, CA 92101

Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 7:00 am to 2:00 pm

Any one has any experience regarding to the stamping in San Diego office? When should I arrive? Will it be crowded?
