They will send you an RFE when your approval time comes for Green Card. Do not do medical till they ask for it. All my beneficiaries did their medical after receiving the RFE and got GC stamped in less than a month. InQ4GC

I suggest you get a visa before you go. If you dont have a green card or a GC stamp on white card they insist on a valid visa in your RTD. Have you tried writing to the consulate and justifying your need to visit Canada? InQ4GC

I know of people who had misplaced their I94 and still got stamped. I suggest you dont waste money on replacement I94 but just keep whatever you have and go for stamping when the time comes. InQ4GC
