Does anyone have the old INS listing with cut off days based on granted asylum?

Did they published current processing?

The above information doesn't make any sense, they're processing a date that shoud be processed next Fiscal Year, and even this Fiscal Year we haven't seen any movements on the processing date.

Any comments??
