Hi Guys I have applied for a h1 b from NJ in july. any word on what they are processing now. the web page says april 22, thats where it has been for a while.

same problem here I have a colorado license expiring in 2006, but i have now moved to NJ and will have to get a insurance and registration etc. my existing h1 expires in sep 04, but i have applied for transfer/extension in march what can i do?

i will go thru a lawyer, so help me get more understanding. H1 renewal = no paystubs needed. H1 transfer = dont know? if its like a new h1 then the first one may not even get mentioned? I should mention i havent gone out of usa so passport does not have visa stamp

she should be able to if she takes a internship credit and applies for CPT, or curricular practical training. however i am not sure if she can work more than 20 hrs/week. always get advise from univ dept for intl students.
