i want to buy a condo, i am on h1b for 2 years. do i need special documents or procedures?
anybody with a happy home buying experience?

Nope, but some mortgage companies do track whether US citizen or not and offer special rates. So shop around, make sure that you get a good home (insisting on quality) and a very good mortgage rate.
