Hi , is it ok to take a I-485 approval notice courtsey copy for pp stamping to the Arlington , VA office ? my lawyer is on vacation ( 2 weeks )....wondering if i should wait for him? just curious if there is a time stipulation for stamping..like within 30/60 etc days from the receipt of...

we have a rd of 6/2002 and had our first fp done 6/2003 . is 15 month expiry a rule...or just a myth?

sent ead rwenewal on 5/23 (paper)...receipt date was 5/27 and checks cleared on 06/02/2004.

had a rfe for an AP ( missing I-140 ) and we replied to it last week.. and this morning, the office from INS called just to tell us that the case he just approved the case...( i had put my number on the cover letter..! but didnt think they would actually call. ) infact my cell had a bad...

sending a letter ..does it really help?? i guess this forum is not meant for paranoid people... but does it have a negetive effect or any implications on the applicatin if one tries to be too pushy?.... i had my company apply of someones h1..after inquoring several times..INS outrighted...

i would still get one!! i would still get one...just in case of a lay off..or job change. new employers prefer EAD vs new H1's. u can get one and keep it in your closet...just dont use it. think of it as insurance..!

hi guys,, just curious to find out what happens if someones EAD is valid till next year, but the 485 was denied... does that person have to leave (H1 not valid anymore)..or can that person stay till EAD expires.. thanks.
