Can you get copies of your previous extensions from your attorney? If so, then just fill out the info the same as your previous apps.
Your attorney should provide you with copies of EVERYTHING and all you should have to pay for is the Ups or FedEx shipping fee.

joey92651 from what i've seen around here, 1-2 weeks after approval the online message changes to "card sent" or something like that, then another week for delivery. BTW that BCIS message means that you have been approved.
