Card received My wife received card on Nov 29. Mine was sent to old address , i had updated my address but looks like USCIS decided to send it on old address, it got forwarded to my new address. Received card today Nov 30 Good luck to all waiting GOD Bless

no FP notice tha NOID I did not get any FP notice after 15 months my wife got one, when i enquired USCIS said they will send one and later i got a Notice of Intent to Deny as i did not appear for FP. SO follow up with them

My lawyer just asked me if i received the finger printing notice and i told him that i did not get one. He responded back to the offiecer at TSC taht neither I nor the lawyer got the Fingerprinting notice and my wife got the notice around same time. After that my case got back on track...

chk with lawyer i had similar situation, mmy lawyer responded to them, now my case is back in processing queue as i got an medical RFE recently. Ironacilly my fingerprinting was also dated March 2006, i guess they lost a bunch of fingerprinting notice in mail.

Had same case I had similar issue, check with lawyer if they sent a denied notice or a Notice of Intent to Deny. I receved Notice of Intent to deny we responded and my case is back in processing queue.

Call Service center Call service center and ask them, also if possible take infopass and ask them if a fingerprinting was sent and lost in mail. I had same situation with my wife getting notice and i did not. It caused lot of problems. So check with them fingerprints are valid for 15 months.

approved in 3days Mine was received at TSC on 17 July and approved on 21 July. Got my EAD in Mail already.
