Same story here too. I got my finger prints done on 08/05 and then the LUD got changed to 08/13 but the message is old stating the 1st finger printing.

Last monday my lawyer talked to INS and he was told that my case should have been expedited by now, the IIO said he will have someone work on my case right away(now dont know what right away means for INS). But I think hopefully by end of this month I should have the good news.

a sign of hope 2 weeks back I had talked to the IIO officer and back the same answer. Yesterday I had my lawyer talk to INS. The extract I got back from the lawyer is that the IIO said by now some action should have been taken on my case and he will have a officer look into it righaway...

My Dear have patience. I filed my 140 on may 02,2002. Received a RFE and the lawyer responded back. They received the reply on oct 7th. Since then no response and I too hear the same message as u do.

I read a article on murthy.com and it says that the Immigration lawyers made it clear that the 140 will be adjudicated before 485 in concurrent processing and you will receive a notice about approval/denial of 140. I have asked my lawyer to call INS lets see what happens.
