I called up VSC this afternoon about my AP RD-03/10, ND-03/13. She says they are processing cases received on 02/26.

Yesterday went to baltimore local iNS got AP in 3hrs. not sure if you guys live close to a local ofice otherwise it may be a better idea to just go personally.

If it is urgent, go to a local office.
BTW, my RD was 3/13 and I got my AP on April 7th.
