I don't think this is an issue. As EAC# is just the receipt#, it won't carry any value once your GC is approved. Alien# is the one which is important, which will carry through out your USA life. RFE Replied to BCIS on 07/03/2003 My RFE reply for AC21, last 6 paystubs, Birth Certificate and Passport copies has been received by BCIS on 07/07/2003. My RFE was issued by BCIS on 05/30/2003. Since I hired a new attorney it took me long time to respond to the RFE.

RFE issued on 05/30. I'll be replying the RFE this week.
