Just got our passport stamped at the Dallas office this morning. It was painless. They do want all the EAD and AP back. Also make sure to get an appointent with infopass before you go. People who did not have the appointment, were not allowed in.

Most likely you all are going through the same proxy server. To the UCIS web server it is coming from the same public IP. This is assuming that they check the uniqueness based on the IP where the request is coming from.

May be I am not getting it. Once you apply for I-485, you are in the process of adjusting to permanent residence. Why would you still have F-1 or convert to H-1, I am not sure. I can see H-1, if you do not feel safe with your job, but even then, I-485 itself has a lot more protection than H-1...

I really believe the theory that they most likely wanted to make it 1030 to 1090 and these dumb F#$ers just figured out that their limitation is up to 3 digits and it shows as 30 and 90 days instead. So now they are changing it back to 990-999 until they can change it to four digits.
