Is the courtesy copy Ok for Stamping

Hi guys,

Do anyone know or has used the courtesy copy for passport stamping at the Dallas office at Stemmons freeway. Please let me know. My attorney has not received the originals yet and if in case that takes long, then I would like to try with the courtesy copy.
