you can go for early FP in Philly... I did it on Aug28 where as my Schd. date was 10/9.....

You can do early 2nd FP I have done my 2nd FP on 8/28/03 at Philadelphia...sch. for 10/9/03... No questions were asked and the FP was done without any problem and I have checked at the FBI # they have already returned the results to BCIS.... So go ahead and do you FP ASAP...

Yes you can ! My I485 was filed from VSC and I got the FP notice for Philadelphia, PA but I gave my FP at Sanjose, CA as I was working and living there at that time... No questions were asked....

what happen if got the RFE What happen if got the RFE ( regarding paystubs.. ..etc..) and recieved by BCIS and now the FP1 is > 15 months... Should get the FP2 or the case will be decided on the basis of FP1 as the case was already assigned to the officer when the FP1 was valid ???
