Chill, guys! All the new security measures are taking its toll on the rate of adjudication. Besides, all of us acknowledged that July and August are heavy months because of a rush of applications. So why sweat?

Just curious... In light of the AC21 law and the 180-day provision, does anybody know of any AOS case being adjudicated within 180 days of filing? IMHO, the provision that was meant to address the exceptions is pretty much the norm as far back as I can see.

Shantanu AC21 made the rollovers effective October 2000. The 1999 + 2000 you are talking about is a "catch-up" effort from the previous years. That is SURELY not the end all of rollovers.
