Passport Stamped at Newark in about half an hour

Went to do passport stamping yesterday and got it done in half an hour!

I arrived at the door at about 10am. 4-5 people were on line in the first
floor. They didn\'t send people to room 1022 as I have read in the forum. They did everything in first floor.

Suggestion: Don\'t go too early like at 6-7am, you will waste a lot of time
on line if you do. There are many photo studios around and many parking lots priced between $4-6 for all day. SSA is at 1035 in the same building
where you can appy SSN.

Probably not, but...

You will need to take steps to remove the "Need INS authorization to work" (don\'t remember the exact words) clause that is printed on the SS card.
 
It\'s up to you.

If you want to get rid of the "Not allowed for work" or similar message, you can apply for a new card, with same number, I think.
