    Hi guys i called IIO today july 10 RD aug 22 ND, FP dec 17 fp results jan 14 IIO said, fp results received n everything looks fine, and my case is assigned to an officer and he estimated we will hear in 3-6 weeks.

    VSC July01 RD case transferred to TSC

    No Title i wish i could answer u. I hv no idea, did u talk to ur attorney? its strange, that too TSC has a lot to do for its cases, its not in a situaton to get from VSC, its crazy. My RD is also july 10th. U talk to ur lawyer.

    when is our turn????? july RD 2-12

    Hi guys milk and others in july RDs waiting for approval, when do u think we will have ours. I am so frustrated checking AVM. VSC processing time says June 1st, are they saying June 1 RD or ND, bcos these people always say ND as the date they received the case. I am so frustrated of this wait.

    No Title If ur current employer doesnt revoke ur 140 petition or stop GC process, it will continue. Once u pass ur 180 days, the employer cannot do anything on ur case, thats when u r safe to change employer and continue your GC. Also make sure when the 180 days is from RD or ND, most people...

    No Title i guess A# is just an application number, its different for EAD and 485. For ur 485 case use ur A# on the 485 receipt. mine is also A95.... for my 485, thts the number appeared on ur FP notice also, if i am right. correct me if i am wrong. i think u can refer the one thats on the 485...

    Urgent Help Guys!!!

    No Title Rgding ur FP, i dont think u get it in 6 weeks. U shud be getting in june or july. Even if u get it in May when u r not here, FP notice clearly gives u a deadline before which u shud take, its usually 3 months from the date specified. If they give u May 8th, u can go there anytime...
