Vermont 485 RD 07/19/2001 Notice Date09/04/2001 FP Jan 10th 2002

My 485( Vermont ) has Received date of July 19, 2001 and a Notice date of September 4, 2001.My Finger Prints were takedn on Jan 10 th 2002 .
How long does it take my GC to be approved ...?

Hi dear we are in the same situation.My RD July19 and ND Sep05 and waiting for FP as INS Server f***** our cases and could not get FP notices for us and we are the unlucky ones as our cases will be delayed.i spoke to IIO yesterday and she told me this.So lets hope that they rectify this problem soon and send us the FP notices(which she said will take 1-2 months).

There are 6 approvals since yesterday. But all these are between Feb to June RDs with ND dates as follows:
on March 26th:

08/23 of June RD
05/15, 07/01, 07/10, 07/13 (prior to June RDs)

on March 27th:

March RD with ND 03/19
