Things are so slow I am going crazy.
I just called for the first time in my life. IIO
told me they are processing July1 cases.

She said my case has been assigned to an officer.
Could someone please tell me how long it takes from there.

The official processing date is June 01.

Why the hell do people call for frivolous reasons?

There are people who REALLY need to talk to the IIOs.

IIO are there to help up with telephone calls. They don\'t process
cases. That is the adjunction officers job.
Just like if you don\'t call the AT&T customer rep the service
WILL NOT improve.

And I have my reasons to call. The guy sitting in cube with
me has a August RD and his passport is stamped. My job is
on a day to day basis and I am little anxious.

So if you have all the patience, shut the fuck up. shove
your comments and the application up ur tight ass and
don\'t log on to see what is going on.

I just want to know what is going on. I come to

Especially when most of friends with RD greater than mine
are getting approved!!

My friend is waiting with RD May 1st

His is straight forward case. he did not change companies/changed residence/laid off. My RD is JUly-2 and still not apporved. Whenever I feel frustated I always think about people who applied much before me and did not get Approvals. Anyway I have EAD and passed 180 day stage. At this economy everybody is living day-to-day (you do not know what will happean tomorrow). But I have not heard even one GC application getting rejected - unless one is out of status like getting out of country without AP..

can we just get along well .......we are all united for a common cause "I-485" ...let\'s learn to live here peacefully, share ideas, support and encourage each other ...there is no point in creating hostile environment. if someone is doing something wrong then there are much better ways to inform that person !

I see lot of people getting impatient when it comes to getting green cards. why can\'t these people behave like civilized and educated people. Its just a disgrace that we have some very selfish people here.
 
Right why doesn\'t somebody go preach INS to process application in the order they recd. it

How fair is it for end of July people to get approved before people who filed in first week of july ?

C\'mon humdum, you should know better than that by now. No one knows how they allocate the cases. It could be PD. Maybe they received FP earier. Maybe Last name wise... who knows.

We cant do anything about it.
