Hi All,
My 485 application details are as follows.
RD:7/10/01
ND:8/27/01
EAD: Sep 01
FP: 1/9/02
EAC:256
State:VA
Category:EB2
Till April 10, the AVM msg was \'FP results received and processing resumed\' I checked the AVM yesterday and I heard the strangest msg "On Apr 10, your I485 has been transferred to TSC for processing. TSC has jurisdiction on the case" I was completed confused. A friend suggested using this forum for help. My company is based in VA and my place of residence is also VA. My H1B was obtained from VSC. My current EAD is also from VSC. I even spoke to the IIO this morning. She says TSC requested for my file!! She doesn\'t see any problem with the case but has no clue why it got transferred. She was even kind enough to discuss the case with her supervisor. But they couldn\'t come up with any reason why this happened. She told me to call TSC. I have been trying to do that for the past 3 hours with no luck. Does anybody on the forum have any idea what this is all about? I greatly appreciate your responses. Thanks.
