another thread discussed about stamp being valid even when gc comes. my question is can you travel ONLY with green card & no stamp on passport?

I had re-FP done on Jul 22. Did not get any RFE. Status in BCIS site not yet updated. It still shows the first FP being received. I didn't move state but I did changed cities & informed BCIS thru AR-11 & calling IIO.

FP Date FP date 2/20/02 was when BICS received my fingerprints. And surprisingly, they're making me go to a different place from where I had my first fingerprint...much farther. Anybody (from NY) knows why they're making us go to Bronx? I originally went to Mineola.

i know that it's not a big deal to go for another fingerprinting but anybody who had fingerprinting as early as i did from RD?? there has been discussions in this group that FP is being ocnsidered when approving 485 but with my RD, i know it's a long shot. Anybody??

own experience.. going on maternity leave is an employee's benefit for working in that company. this has nothing to do with gc. i went on maternity leave a year ago while on h1 (which is a different circumstance but still) & company paid me for the 3 mos. i was out. hope this helps. net...

same here my ND is 11/23 on NOA but 11/22 on the website. i don't think this will be a problem. whatever ND they use, i wouldn't matter as long as they process it!
