My I-140 was approved yesterday. No updates on I-1485. This case was filed concurrently. I had my finger prints in Aug-2004. I-140 Dec-23-03 ( eb3) rfe on nov 8 Rfe replied Dec-23. I-485 May-17-04 Lud on 485 oct-27-04

I do have some unpaid medical bills which were reported to collection when i was in india. Do these things have an impact on my green card processing. Does fbi name check include this also

Please post if any new approvals are recieved from Dec-03. I called my lawyer and she says that the priority date is just one week ahead of mine which Dec-29. For her to do a fax enquiry the date should be atleast 6 weeks ahead. Is that true. I-140 :- Dec-22-03

My friend and i work for the same company and also filed 485 on the same day. He got fp in the second week and i got fp today. BTW we filed in may-04 with increased fee. Will we see the same trend during approval also.
