Did the concurrent process stop

Mine I-140 was approved today. Mine was a concurrent case and i had a lud change on my 485 on Oct-27. There are no lud on 485 since then. I had an rfe on nov-8 for my I-140. It was replied on dec-23.

Anybody in a similar situation. My 485 rd is May-17-04. :confused:

I-140 dec-22-03 rfe on nov-8, replied on dec-23, approved on jan-26-05
I-485 May-17-04 lud on oct-27-04.

There are many waiting from 02/03 and early 04, so I guess it is too early for you to get worried. Give it sometime before you start really worrying!

When did you get your email for 485 approved?

Again, congraudtion, it's free now...no more waiting and worried.
