anybody who replied to I-140 rfe in dec got approved

My rfe was replied on dec-23. I just dont see any updates so far. Any body who replied in the same time frame got approvals. Please post

who gets 140 RFE ?

One question .. who gets the RFE for 140, the applicant, the employer or the attorney ? .. this question may have been asked before but I cant locate a response ..

The attorney on file (who holds the G-28 on the I-140 application) gets the RFE details. This is generally the employer's attorney.
 
thanks - perfect clarification. In my case it is my attorney as I switched from my company's attorney to a new attorney with form G-28 with I-140.

I got an RFE on Dec 15th and was replied on Dec 28th. I got approved on Jan 7th. My RFE was about the filing category. For some reasons, CIS wanted to confirm that my application was EB2. The lawyer sent that back and I received an e-mail saying that my 140 has been approved.

My case details ...
LC PD - Oct 2001.
Filing category - EB2
I-140/I-485 RD : 04/05/2004.
I-140 RFE Sent on 12/15/2004 ,
I-140 RFE received by lawyer on 12/22/2004,
I-140 RFE responded by lawyer on 12/22/2004,
I-140 RFE response received by CIS on 12/28/2004
I-140 Approved on 01/07/2005.
I-485 - Lot of LUD changes before receiving the RFE. No update after that.

That was very fast. Good luck with your i-485. I am not seeing anything happening on mine after the rfe was submitted. i am waiting :confused:
