    Ciba & Others, Do we need to get the Social Security Card Updated after the PP stamped ? I heard in other forum that we need to do it to remove the restriction on the card that says "Emplyment with INS authorization" . Appreciate any input.. Thanks gsk.

    No Title Ravi, I replied to RFE on Feb12th,2001. AVM says RFE was received on March5th. RFE was for the emp verification letter and last 3 year W2 forms. -gsk.

    Just Checked AVM. Mine and my wife\'s case has been approved on June13th. Here are the details: EB3,India,CSC, PD 07/98, ND 08/99, FPs done twice, EAD and AP renewed once. RFE replied on Mar 5th. Finally the wait is over on June 13th. I will be around to answer any questions...

    No Title Did any of you get RFE ? I thought if you have received RFE that means case already been asigned to officer, and generally you should get the approval within 2-3 weeks. Is my understanding is not correct ?

    PD:07/16/1998, EB3, India, CSC, RD:08/24/1999, ND:08/26/1999 RFE replied on Mar5th, 2001. Hi Folks, AVM says my I485 processing takes 980 days, what\'s going on? does that mean I have to wait 3 more years :( My PD will become current next Month, Thanks
