Help Please, AP expired

My wife\'s AP expired and we just noticed, but her EAD is valid until Nov 25th,2001
Is there any problem for her legal status ??

AP is mere a travel document. Your wife is in status, don\'t worry. But for the next EAD, start for renewal at least 3 to 4 months ahead of expiry date of current EAD.
