Just Checked AVM.
Mine and my wife\'s case has been approved on June13th.

Here are the details:

EB3,India,CSC, PD 07/98, ND 08/99, FPs done twice, EAD and AP renewed once.
RFE replied on Mar 5th.

Finally the wait is over on June 13th.

I will be around to answer any questions..

Ravi, I replied to RFE on Feb12th,2001. AVM says RFE was received on March5th.

RFE was for the emp verification letter and last 3 year W2 forms.

Oops, I almost missed this post. Congratulations,
gsk!! RFE cases seem to be moving along. We
have seen serveral of them approved lately. I
will update your case in the list sometime this
weekend to reflect the good news. Thanks for
