I also got the same message I sent a request to this email address a week ago asking them about status of certified copies. I got the same reply as below today even though I got my approved papers on last thursday.

Same Here Online Status shows "In Process" where as status from Info email shows "Final Review" for the past 3 months.

Got reply back from info .. with status Final Review No change in status in this screen shot also.

Not getting reply from info I sent two emails to info email address on 19-Mar-2007 & 27-Mar-2007. I have not received any reply so far. Earlier I sent 2 emails and got back the reply with Final Review status. Still waiting on for approval & reply from Info

No Progress at all on NOF cases There is no rule that PBEC follows in approving NOF rebuttals. Few people get approvals with in a week and some are waiting for months. Ridiculous :mad:
