My LC was shown certified online on 3/7, my company received the Final Determination Letter today (3/20), the letter clearly says Certified ETA 750 Form is enclosed but there is NOTHING in the envelop except for the 1 page letter.

Could anybody here who has received the approval share your experience - where did BEC normally send the certified ETA 750 form to? The company or the lawyer or both? I am checking with the lawyer now as well but want to know what should be done if lawyer doesn't receive the ETA 750 form either.

Company HR receives only the single final determination letter, where as your lawyer gets both letter + ETA750 form. Your comapny and lawyer receives this same time. This means your lawyer must have received it. Don't worry and check with your lawyer.
 
Finally I am giving up on PBEC, And abandaning my Labor, Moving to another company, Can't jeopartize my career anymore for this Mess.
 
oct 03 GA NOF received

I received an NOF from PBEC requiring to demonstrate that skills acquired are prior to joining current company ??

The problem is i cannot get this info from my former company.

can i get it from my former manager or fellow employee ? can this be free form or on standard ltterhead?

now what? Any suggestions.

Hi Tanveer,
Would it be possible to check back with your source sometime next week about what might be going on with 2001-2002 cases? From the info available on this forum for last 2 weeks, it looks like the case adjudication is still random.

Any Target date for approving 2003 cases & NOF cases?

Any one has any thoughts on Target date for approving 2003 cases & NOF cases?
 
2001-2002 Excel Tracker

Can any body do a favor for all of us . Can any body make one tracker for all 2001-2002 left over cases . Once again I am trying to contact my source and want to know the latest situation that after first wave of approval for 2001-2002 Guys since last two weeks we have not seen any approval .
 
Case status 'DENIED'

My attorny mentioned to me that i am getting a NOF, supposed to have been generated mid of Jan and it would take 4-6 weeks to get here. Eventually we never received it and my case status changed to 'DENIED' today. Can you tell me what options i have now. Thanks for your help.

Finally my case status online shows CERTIFIED. I'm wating for the hard copy to show up.
Wish me luck in the rest of steps (mainly the delay which I'm hearing about in the FBI check).

Congratulations! I recall the tough time you had waiting for the hard copy of your LC to come through. You deserve every bit of your day in the sunshine...enjoy! :)

Help needed and advice

This forum is a source of very valuable info. However I need your advice
I have a difficult situation here with my employer. Last year they bearly agreed to renew my H1-B and told me that it was definatley the last time the rened it (it was 8 th year extension) Our company outsorcing to China now. They agreed to give my GC process last shot. My H1-B expires on 02/02/2008.
Labor cleared in March New Jersey PD 08/02/2002 EB3 (Rest of The world). I am just 2 days behind the possibility of filing i-485. I was told that if I am able to file I485 then they would let me pass to the point when I am under AC21 or what ever that called protection. However if not then I will basically have to pack and leave (after almost 6,5 - 7 years of waiting) . Now what do you think my optoions are ? Is it real to find an Employer who would be willing to sponsor you this days? I was not on the market for last almost 7 years.

Apply for a job through a different employer (act fast). The new employer possibly be able to get you through PERM and I-140 premium before February 2008. This will make you eligible to apply for 3 year H-1B extension.
