At my interview I had my interview on the 14th of this month. INS TSC had not sent my file. So, the officer said that if I had copies of my application, passport, green card and marriage certificate along with photograps she could complete my interview and then when the file comes process it...

Checked with INS I went to the INS Atlanta office to inquire on the status of my application. I was told that the application is OK and as my finger printing is due to expire in May that I should expect the interview to be scheduled before that. I asked if there is any reason why appilcations...

No update yet from AILA meet yet My attorney would follow up to get a response if we do not have one by Monday. The meeting was only yesterday and so we can give it that time. I may have to leave town tomorrow and I will try to get someone to post the information if I am not around.

The Dates The website also says that these dates are from sometime in May 2001 and that the tables were updated recently. I do not think this is a recnt change but has been the situation.
