No Title My 140 ND : 25 Jan 2001 My 140 approval : 26 Mar 2001. AVM still says Rfe was issued blah blah is not yet updated after 140 approval. Rfe is for company name change ( Tax id same ). I am not from Mastech.

No Title If you or your wife has not used EAD to work, there is no need to show EAD/AP to INS. You can still be on H1/H4 status

No Title I think you need advance parole to enter into US. But once you use your AP, you have to use your EAD to work. You can\'t back on H1. my 2 cents worth. Contact lawyer for exact info.
