RFE Sent on 4/4/2001

Called IIO today, he was very professional and gave staright answers.
He told me that an RFE has been issued and was sent out yesterday and it would take like 2-3 weeks to get it ( are they mailing out of their Hawaii Office ? ) Anyway, thats just FYI for all of out there.

1> How much time does it usually add to the process once you are RFE\'d ?
2> Anybody have any ideas about what the RFE\'s can be for ?

Rfe is generally for employment letter, W2, last 3 pay stubs.
Sometimes they could be for medical if doctors made any mistakes while filling up the form.
It is a good sign indicates that they have opened up your file for approval. If you company name is same throughout, you should get approval in 2-3 weeks after INS receive your response.
