No Title Newswami, I do not know if EB2\'s get RFEs or not. I would think that this is at the dicretion of the immigration officers and we all know that they are not very predictable. INS did not ask for any specific dates for pay stubs, but asked for 3 recent pay stubs. Hope this info helps...

Friends, My details are: EB3 RD: 8 Sept,1999 ND: 27 Sept 1999 I asked for my status. The officer checked the system and told me that they have issued an RFE and i should receive it in 1 or 2 weeks. She wouldnt tell me what the RFE was about. I will keep you posted on how it goes.
